From the West (Pennsylvania) on Route 78:
Take Route 78 East to Exit 40, at the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Hillcrest Road.
Proceed to the end of Hillcrest Road. At the stop sign turn right, this will bring you into the Traffic Circle. Take your third exit off the circle onto Somerset Street (follow sign for Route 22). Watchung Police Headquarters / Watchung Municipal Court is 1/4 mile on your left.
From the East (Newark) on Route 78:
Take Route 78 West to Exit 40, at the end of the exit ramp turn Left onto Hillcrest Road.
Proceed to the end of Hillcrest Road. At the stop sign turn right, this will bring you into the Traffic Circle. Take your third exit off the circle onto Somerset Street (follow sign for Route 22). Watchung Police Headquarters / Watchung Municipal Court is 1/4 mile on your left.
From the West (Somerville) on Route 22:
Take Route 22 East just past VIP Honda (North Plainfield), take your first right turn under the overpass Watchung Avenue, take your first right turn onto the overpass and cross over Route 22, bear left. At the traffic light turn left onto Watchung Avenue.
Watchung Police Headquarters / Watchung Municipal Court is 1/4 mile on your Right.
From the East (Newark) on Route 22:
Take Route 22 West approx. 2 miles past the Bluestar Shopping Center, turn right onto Watchung Avenue,
Watchung Police Headquarters / Watchung Municipal Court is 1/4 mile on your Right.
From the Garden State Parkway - North or South:
Garden State Parkway North or South to Exit 142, follow the signs to Route 78 West. Take Route 78 West to Exit 40, at the end of the exit ramp turn Left onto Hillcrest Road, Proceed to the end of Hillcrest Road. At the stop sign turn right, this will bring you into the Traffic Circle. Take your third exit off the circle onto Somerset Street (follow sign for Route 22). Watchung Police Headquarters / Watchung Municipal Court is 1/4 mile on your left.
